Christmas Market & Nobel Week Lights

December 14 | 14:00

Join us for a festive afternoon in the heart of Stockholm, where we experience the traditional Christmas market in the city’s Old Town (Gamla Stan) and explore the city with light artworks inspired by the Nobel Prize. We will walk through the cobblestone streets full of Christmas decorations, to reach one of Stockholm’s oldest and most beloved Christmas markets. Let’s taste Swedish treats like Glögg (muled wine), Pepparkakor (gingerbread cookies), Brända mandlar (candied almond) and explore local traditions.

As the afternoon unfolds, we will continue our city exploration at the Stockholm City Hall to see the spectacular Nobel Week Lights.

Bring your family and celebrate the Christmas spirit with us!

Meeting point: Outside Gamla Stan T-bana station (on the green or red line of the Stockholm metro) at 13:45.

Detailed schedule will be provided once the official information for Nobel Week Lights Stockholm is updated.

This is a community event for SDCN members. Partners/family are also welcome to join. Please sign up if you would like to come.
