SDCN Academy 2024
Dec 11, 2024

The second year of the SDCN Academy has ended and the participants in this year’s fourth round have just been awarded their diplomas. With that, we can look back on another successful year where the participants got a first network as well as information and support needed to enter the Swedish labor market. The hope is also to make them feel more at home in Stockholm and Sweden. Over a five-week period, lectures on Swedish mentality, history and business culture are interspersed with workshops in personal development and interview training, as well as recruitment meetings and company visits.
This year we have had a total of 75 participants from 32 countries in the four rounds of the SDCN Academy. 96% of them have an academic degree, so the prospects of establishing themselves in Stockholm’s labor market and contributing to our common development are great.
